1. Information We Collect

When you use kubflow, we collect the following information:

• Account Information — your email address and display name, provided through Google OAuth during sign-up.
• Usage Data — workflow execution history, credit consumption, feature usage patterns, and general interaction data to improve the Service.
• Technical Data — browser type, IP address, device information, and access timestamps collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Track credit balances and process billing.
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Data Storage

Your account data and workflow definitions are stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database. Media assets (images, videos, audio) generated through workflows are stored via Cloudinary. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. All data is stored on servers located in the United States with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

kubflow relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Kie.ai — provides the AI generation models that power workflow nodes. Prompts and input data are sent to Kie.ai for processing.
• Cloudinary — stores and serves generated media assets (images, videos, audio).
• Google OAuth — handles authentication. We receive your email and name from Google; we do not access any other Google account data.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies to understand how your data is handled.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

kubflow uses essential cookies for authentication and session management through Supabase Auth. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Local storage may be used to persist UI preferences and workflow editor state. These cookies and storage items are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled while using the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated content (images, videos, audio) is stored until you choose to delete it or until your account is terminated. Workflow definitions and execution history are retained for the lifetime of your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
• Data Export — request a machine-readable export of your data.
• Objection — object to certain processing of your data.

8. Children's Privacy

kubflow is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@kubflow.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
