Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using kubflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. kubflow reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. kubflow is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Credit System & Billing

kubflow operates on a credit-based system. The following plans are available:

• Free Tier — 100 credits per month at no cost.
• Starter — $19/month for 2,000 credits.
• Pro — $49/month for 4,000 credits.

Credits are consumed when running AI workflow nodes. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes. kubflow reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the kubflow API or underlying third-party APIs.
• Engage in automated scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of content from the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

kubflow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of any content you create using kubflow, including generated images, videos, audio, and text outputs. You grant kubflow a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Platform: The kubflow platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of kubflow and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

kubflow integrates with third-party services including Kie.ai (AI model API), Cloudinary (media storage), and Supabase (authentication and database). Your use of these services through kubflow is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. kubflow is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

kubflow strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kubflow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to kubflow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. kubflow may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any credits remaining in your account at the time of termination are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
